Starting a meeting

• Starting a meeting is just a click away with the NEC UC client, simply select the user from the desktop client and click the video button.
• Hold interactive webinars, they are a great way to promote your business services to your customers and partners. Meeting attendees cannot see each other but moderators can answer questions and have total control over the meeting.
• Meeting on line is as easy as scheduling a meeting. Simply invite the collaboration server to your meetings in and it will send out unique dial-in details to all users.

Record your meetings

Never forget what was shared by recording your important meetings. Once recorded the moderator will have access to a web site where they can review and share the meeting with others. Everything from voice, video and what was shared can be played back.

Secure and reliable

Unlike other conferencing systems where you use the same meeting room and pin numbers each and every time, UCE conferencing provides each participant a unique set of details. This ensures only the people you need will join the meeting.

Remote assistance

Support departments will love the ability to offer remote support. Once a meeting is running, a moderator can request remote control of a user’s PC to allow them to resolve issues without leaving their desk.

Works anywhere

You need nothing more than a phone (even a home phone) to dial in to a meeting.
If you join from a standard web browser you can then also share your video and see what is being shared.
Attendees can also join the meeting from Apple and Android smartphones with the NEC Collaboration application.
