If you are connecting to an SV9500 ensure you have the following settings.
From the settings tab, tap Advanced Settings, Account Settings.

User ID - enter the mobile client extension number assigned to you by your administrator. For example 1100. |

Authorisation ID - enter the mobile client extension number assigned to you by your administrator. For example 1100. |

Password - enter 3RAK@ followed by the password assigned to you by your administrator. For example 3RAK@123456789 |

Domain - Enter the domain name or the IP address of the SV9500. For example PBX.company.com.au |

Server - Enter the DNS name or IP address of the SV9500. For example PBX.company.com.au |

Go back to the previous screen and select Advanced settings. |

Enable RFC2833. |

Select "SV9500 / SV8500" as the Server Type. |
Go back to the main screen and you should be ready to make and receive calls.
