Controlling your call

The UNIVERGE ST465 gives you total control over your call from a single, easy to use screen.

The top of the screen provides important information about your current call:

• The Name of the person calling (looked up from your Android Contacts)
• The number from which the person called
• The current call status (connected, held, ringing)
• A timer to show how long you have been talking for
• A photo of the caller (from your Android Contacts)

The bottom half of the screen gives you access to a number of call / phone control features.

• Put a caller on Hold
• Transfer a caller
• Hangup on a call

	Go back to the diall pad screen. To get back to the in progress call you will need to swipe down from the top of your phone and choose the active call from the Android Notification shade.
	Popup a dial pad so you can interact with Voicemail, Conferencing and Phone Banking systems.
	Toggle between Handset and Speaker mode.
	Mute your microphone.
