UNIVERGE ST465
The ST465 allows you to quickly set and clear your call forwards.
To set and enable call forward settings it needs to know the access codes to dial.

From the ST465 softphone application tap the menu () icon. |

Tap the settings menu option. |

Scroll down and tap profiles. |

Tap the profile that you wish to modify. |

Scroll down to "Call forward settings" |

Scroll down to "Call forward settings" |

Tap the setting that you want to change |

Enter the access code (provided by your administrator) |

Tick "additional digits" if you want to be prompted for a number to add - for example the destination number. |
This feature is only available when connected to some PBX platforms and only in some configurations.
If you are setting a call forward to an external number, don't forget to a 0 to the front of the number (just like you would on your desk phone).
