UNIVERGE ST465
The PBX features tab allows you quickly set and cancel any call forwarding that you have set for the ST465 phone.
Simply tap the call forward setting that you want to apply. When setting a call forward the application will ask you for a telephone number to forward the call to.
All calls |
If someone calls your extension the call will always be forwarded to the selected number. |
No answer |
If someone calls your extension and you don't answer the call within a certain time limit (set by your administrator) the call will be forwarded to the selected number. |
While on a call |
If someone calls your extension and you are currently on a call, the caller will be forwarded to number you selected. |
Logged out |
If someone calls your extension and the ST465 mobile client is currently not running call will be forwarded to the selected number. |
This feature is only available when connected to some PBX platforms and only in some configurations.
If you are setting a call forward to an external number, don't forget to a 0 to the front of the number (just like you would on your desk phone).
