Incoming Call

When your UNIVERGE ST465 extension is called, a simple to use incoming call screen will pop to the front.

The top of the screen shows you the name of the person calling (if they can be found in your Android contacts) and the number from which they are calling.
It will even show a picture of the person calling if you have one stored in your Android Contacts.

The Bottom of the screen gives you two simple options:

Tapping Answer will answer the call.
Tapping Reject will stop the call from ringing.
The call may then follow your call forward settings depending on the system it is connected to.

If your phone was locked when you answered the call you will need to unlock the phone before you can transfer the call to a contact or to a call history item.
To unlock, tap menu (), select unlock and then unlock your phone.
